Working under and closely with Michael Graves, his team has grown into a full-service industrial design firm that collectively handles a wide variety of design commissions for various clients, resulting in the group bringing to market more than 2,000 products over the past two decades and winning numerous national and international design awards.  

 

In this episode, Donald dives into his past 25 years in product design at Michael Graves. He details how the partnership with Target blossomed and lead to what many have hailed as ""the democratization of design"" by pioneering the concept of design partnerships, his commitment to designing products that will improve people's lives and transform healthcare design services for the aging, physically disabled population, as well as for the people who care for them, and how at just ten years old Disney World sparked his interest and drive for his outstanding career in architecture and design.
